
KFHealth Warranty — What's Covered
Every new KFHealth device comes with a 2-year limited warranty against defects in manufacturing and materials, starting from the date of purchase. Certified Refurbished devices carry a 1-year limited warranty.
This warranty covers:
- Defects in manufacturing
- Faults in materials
- Electronic and hardware component failures under normal use
- Free repair or, at our discretion, replacement
What's Not Covered
- Damage caused by misuse, accident, or neglect
- Damage from tampering, unauthorised repair, or modification
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from immersion in water or other liquids
- Accessories (adhesive electrodes, lead wires) — these are consumable parts and are replaceable separately
- Cosmetic damage that doesn't affect the device's function
- Damage from using non-KFHealth accessories
KFHealth's liability under this warranty is limited to the original purchase price of the device.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
- Email usage@kfhealth.eu with your order number and a description of the issue.
- We'll respond within 1 business day with next steps — in many cases, troubleshooting can resolve the issue without a return.
- If the device needs to be returned for inspection, we'll provide shipping instructions.
- Approved claims are repaired or replaced free of charge and returned to you with free shipping.

Our KFHealth Care Plan extends your coverage from 2 years to 3 years and adds protection against up to 2 incidents of accidental damage — drops, knocks, and everyday mishaps. Add it to your order at checkout, or within 30 days of your device purchase.
Your Statutory Rights
This warranty is in addition to — not in place of — your rights under EU consumer law. Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the Belgian Consumer Code, you have a 2-year statutory guarantee of conformity on all goods purchased from KFHealth, and a 14-day right of withdrawal on distance purchases. These rights apply regardless of whether you purchase the KFHealth Care Plan.
