This coverage is NOT for screen damage!

What's included

Extended hardware coverage Your device's hardware repair coverage is extended from 2 years to 3 years from the date you purchase the Care Plan. Covers manufacturing defects and component failures under normal use.

Accidental damage protection Covers up to 2 incidents of accidental damage during the coverage period — drops, knocks, liquid exposure to the device body, and other everyday mishaps that aren't covered by the standard warranty.

Simple claims process Contact our support team, send us your device, and we'll repair or replace it. Free return shipping on approved claims.

How to buy

You can add the KFHealth Care Plan:

  1. At checkout — purchase it together with your new KFH Energy or KFH Novo device.
  2. Within 30 days of your device purchase — add it retroactively by providing your original order number.

After 30 days, Care Plan is no longer available for that device.

What's covered vs. what's not

Covered

  • Hardware defects and component failures
  • Accidental drops and knocks (up to 2 incidents)
  • Liquid damage to the device body
  • Battery contact and connector failures
  • Free repair or replacement shipping on approved claims

Not covered

  • Loss or theft
  • Damage from misuse or modification
  • Cosmetic wear that doesn't affect function
  • Accessories (electrodes, cables — these are consumables)
  • Damage from unauthorised repair attempts

Accessories like adhesive electrodes and lead wires are consumable parts and aren't covered by the Care Plan. Replacements are available separately.

FAQ
  • When does Care Plan coverage start? On the date you purchase the Care Plan. If you buy it with your device, that's your device purchase date. If you add it within 30 days, coverage starts on the Care Plan purchase date.
  • Can I buy Care Plan for a refurbished device? Yes — within 30 days of your refurbished device purchase.
  • Is the Care Plan transferable if I gift the device? Care Plan coverage stays with the device, so the new owner is covered for the remainder of the plan. Contact us to update the registered owner.
  • What counts as "accidental damage"? Everyday mishaps — dropping the device, knocking it off a table, minor liquid exposure. Intentional damage, misuse, or damage from unauthorised modification isn't covered.
  • Can I get a refund if I never make a claim? The Care Plan is a one-time protection purchase, not a refundable deposit. If you cancel within 14 days of purchase and haven't made a claim, we can offer a full refund.
  • Does Care Plan cover my electrodes and cables? No — those are consumables that wear out naturally with use, not hardware covered under warranty. Replacements are available in our shop.
