KFH ENERGY MANUAL

Take 4 AA batteries. Make sure that the capacity is at least 1700 mAh, ideally batteries with a capacity of 2400 or 2800 mAh. These batteries are also called heavy duty batteries.

Take a screwdriver (not included) and open the cover on the back of the  KFH ENERGY by loosening the screw.

Insert the batteries into the unit in the direction indicated.

 

STEP 3

Take the 2 white cables. These are the connection cables to connect the KFH ENERGY unit to the adhesive electrodes. These 2 connection cables each have a gray and a white cable end and an angular cable end (connector).

 

 

STEP 4

Now take one connection cable. Press the angular cable end into one of the two cable ends on top of your KFH ENERGY unit.

 

 

STEP 5

Take the other connection cable. Press the angular connector (cable end) into the remaining cable end at the top of your KFH ENERGY device.

 

 

STEP 6

Now take the other end of the first connection cable and take one adhesive electrode.

 

 

Press the grey cable end of the cable onto the connector of an adhesive electrode. Push hard enough, this may be difficult the first time.

 

 

STEP 7

Then press the white cable end of the cable onto the connector of another adhesive electrode. Push hard enough, this can go awkward the first time.

 

 

STEP 8

Now take the other side of the second connection cable. Repeat steps 6 & 7 for this connection cable.

The four adhesive electrodes are now connected to the connection cables.

These wires can be separated by carefully pulling them apart (as far as you wish). It is possible that you first have to slide the slider further along the cable, to do this push your thumb and index finger lightly on the sides of the slider.

 

STEP 9

Remove the adhesive electrodes connected to the white cable ends of the plastic liner.

Glue the adhesive electrodes: 

• to the inside of the feet, at the ankle level;
• or to the sole of the foot;
• or to the inside of the leg above the ankle if you are wearing shoes.

 

Only place the adhesive electrodes on intact skin. A good functioning of the adhesive electrodes is assured as:

• the skin is clean;
• no moisturising creams or ointments have been used;
• the adhesive electrode is glued in a little or no hairy place (if necessary, remove the hair from the area where you want to place the adhesive electrode);
• ensure good contact between the skin and the entire surface of the adhesive electrodes.

 

STEP 10

Remove the electrodes connected to the grey cable ends of the plastic cover.

Glue the electrodes:

• on the inside of the hands at the level of the wrists;
• or on the palms of the hands.

Only place the adhesive electrodes on intact skin.

 

 

STEP 11

Take the KFH ENERGY device.

Put your finger on the power button for 2 seconds. You will hear a beep and all 6 green lights (LEDs) of the timer will light up. The touch screen is made of glass.

Your KFH ENERGY device is now turned on and the timer is set to 60 minutes.

If you touch the power button a second time, you set a treatment time of 30 minutes.

If you touch the power button a third time, turn the device off.

Each light (LED) indicates 10 minutes of treatment time, they go off one by one until the treatment time is finished.

At the end of the session, you will hear a beep and the device will switch off automatically.

Therefore, you do not need to do anything to turn off the KFH ENERGY.

 

 

STEP 12

To activate the left channel, place a finger at the bottom of the round disk at 6 o’clock. Press lightly to slowly move the finger up. The finger slides into the left groove.

You will hear a beep and you will see that a green light is on (LED).

The channel is now switched on and the micro current is working.

 

 

STEP 13

Activate the right channel: place a finger at the bottom of the round disk at 6 o’clock.

Press lightly to slowly move the finger upwards. The finger slides into the right groove.

You will hear a beep and you will see that a green light is on (LED).
The channel is now switched on and the micro current is working.

 

 

STEP 14

Both channels are now activated and you will now be treated with M.E.T. (Microcurrent Electro Therapy).

Some people feel a slight tingling sensation at the place where the electrodes stick, others feel nothing. Both are normal.

Do you hear a constant beep and the green LED of a channel flashes? Then a connection cable is not connected, disconnected or defective or the adhesive electrode has dried out.

Then check the connection cable and the adhesive electrodes and:

• Reconnect a disconnected connection cable.
• Replace a defective connection cable.
• Replace a dried out adhesive electrode.

 

A FEW TIPS

• Use KFH ENERGY 5 days a week for at least 60 minutes per turn.
• Replace your KFH ENERGY in the carrying case during use to protect it from falling. The touch screen is made of GLASS!
• Help your therapist measure your progress. Click here
• Replace the electrodes with new ones in time.
• Drink a lot of water.

How can you know when to replace the electrodes?
It is best to do this when:

• The electrodes no longer stick to the skin;
• the gloss of the adhesive gel of the electrodes is completely gone.

Do not treat with electrodes that actually need to be replaced, the therapy loses its effectiveness, which can negatively affect the results.
